Synopsis

MORITURI Batgirl, Connor Hawke, Robin, and Spoiler track the Ninth Legion down to Jupiter Plaza. Tim calls his father. Jack tells him that a supposed Claudian descendant has been sending threats to the Ninth Legion, demanding to know where the Eagle of the Ninth is.   Agrippina has Eddie Fyers, whom she believes is Jack Drake tied down on a cross, and she threatens to crucify him unless he tells her where the Eagle is. Eddie refuses, and they lift the cross. Agrippina believes that with the magical powers of the Eagle, she can restore the Roman Empire.  Green Arrow shoots Eddie free, and a fight breaks out between the four superheroes and Agrippina's Ninth Legion. Agrippina's electric weapon starts a fire in the building, and everyone runs to safety except her. Batgirl wants to save Agrippina, but Robin stops her.   Batgirl reports to Batman that she did not see Agrippina die and cannot be sure that she did. She asks him whether the Eagle is real, and he confirms that it is and that Jack Drake has it in a closet at his house.
